Oracle Wallet Manager (OWM)  Print this Article

1. Import Root & Intermediate Certificate(s) into Oracle Wallet Manager (OWM).
  1. Select Operations > Import Trusted Certificate from the Menu Bar.
  2. Choose the Select a file that contains the certificate option.
  3. Browse to and select the Root CA file. In most cases this will be AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt.
  4. Click OK.
2. Import the SSL (end entity/domain) certificate.
  1. Select Operations > Import User Certificate from the Menu Bar.
  2. Choose the Select a file that contains the certificate option.
  3. Browse to and select your certificate. In most cases this will be yourDomain.crt.
  4. Click OK.
  5. You will now find that the certificate node in the navigation pane changes from Certificate: [Requested] to Certificate: [Ready]. Now the wallet with a certificate is ready to use for SSL.
  6. Save the wallet.
