Note: If the domain/site certificate is created using CA certificate, you need to repeat steps below for every CA in SSL chain between the root and server SSL.
I. Install domain/site SSL
- In the navigation bar go to System Configuration - new page will open.
- Click ACS Certificate Setup.
- Click Install ACS Certificate - new page will open.
- Select Read certificate from file option.
- In the Certificate file box, enter the server certificate location, e.g. c:\Certs\server.cer.
- In the Private Key File box, type the server certificate private key location, e.g.: c:\Certs\server.pvk.
- In the Private Key password text box, type 1111 and Click Submit.
Note: ACS displays a message indicating that the certificate has been installed and instructs you to restart the ACS services. Do not restart the services at this time. Restart the services later, after you have completed the steps for adding a trusted certificate.
II. Install the CA Certificate
- Go to System Configuration > ACS Certificate Setup > ACS Certification Authority Setup, new page will appear.
- In the CA certificate box, type the CA certificate location, e.g.: c:\Certs\ca.cer.
- Click Submit.
III. Add a Trusted Certificate (Root)
- Go to System Configuration > ACS Certificate Setup > Edit Certificate Trust List.
- Window Edit Certificate Trust List appears.
- Locate the trusted certificate that you want to install and check it next to its name.
- Click Submit.
- Restart ACS: go to System Configuration > Service Control, and then click and then click Restart.
