This option is available for administrator with full rights.
You must give your self access to the MachineKeys, follow instructions below.
Note:
If you cannot find the above folder, make sure you can view hidden files and folders.
This will only work for SSL certificates on Windows XP and lower.
- Open Microsoft Windows Explorer.
- Locate folder: %SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys.
- There are several files located, try to open each with Notepad.
- If you receive an Access Denied error message when you try to open a file, open the properties of the file, and then take ownership of it. Reassign the Administrator account Full access.
